Opis

Oxymel, also known as honey vinegar, is an ancient product whose properties and uses have attracted the attention of culinary enthusiasts and those seeking natural ways to look after their health. Just as it was used in antiquity as a remedy and body-strengthening, health-promoting tonic, it is still said today to support us in the fight against colds, to help combat stubborn coughs, runny noses and generally boost immunity.

How to use oxymel?

Although some people drink fire cider in the form of a shot, because of the apple cider vinegar content, it is always a good idea to dilute the concoction – 1 teaspoon in 1/2 glass of water. Such a drink should be drunk 2 times a day, before meals, especially when we feel that a cold is taking us. During an infection, the dosage can be increased to a tablespoon 2-3 times a day.

However, this traditional golden elixir does not have to be used only when a cold or cough hits. Oxymel can become part of our daily routine. Drink it with water, but also add it to salad dressings, soups, marinades, tea or cocktails.

Fire cider can also be served to toddlers from the age of 2.

Ingredients: fruit vinegar, horseradish, honey, garlic, onion, ginger, turmeric, rosemary, pepper, chilli, thyme, oregano (may include small amounts of other antibacterial, virucidal and fungicidal herbs)
