Our walnut oil is cold-pressed in a slow process. The temperature of pressing never exceeds 35 degrees Celcius, which ensures all of the rich nutrients remain in the product. We only press our oils in small batches and each bottle is carefully wrapped, enveloping a deep, nutty flavor.
