One of my favourite honey’s that Sweet Honey Co do! Believe it or not. Visually maybe not appealing like the Mint honey, but it sure does pack plenty of different notes and flavours as well as texture into the jar. I think Sweet Honey Co should have small 50g pots to allow people to try a bit rather than buying a 1250g jar!
I’ve tried almost all of their honey’s and with just one I didn’t like, they are all amazingly different.
