What is Acacia Honey You May Ask?

Acacia honey is one of the types of honey. There are two main reasons why this honey is much better than other varieties. Firstly, it is the least allergenic, secondly, it crystallizes very slowly. This honey is produced mainly from nectar collected from the Robinia tree (Robinia pseudoacacia), also known as false acacia. The tree is considered an invasive species in most parts of the globe. Young leaves are bright green and as they mature they turn a darker shade and are much paler underneath. The tree has protective thorns shaped like extended triangles. The flowers are fried in batter, and the seeds are shelled and boiled.
