Arabica Ethiopia Yirgacheffe is native to southern Ethiopia and is grown at altitudes ranging from 1,700 meters above sea level to 2,200 meters above sea level. Growers harvest Arabica by hand, after which it is processed using the "wet" method. Thanks to Ethiopia's climatic conditions and careful bean-by-bean selection, Yirgacheffe coffee is one of the best Arabica. Its low caffeine content makes this coffee ideal for drinking throughout the day. Arabica grows at altitudes between 1,700 and 2,000 meters above sea level. Yirgacheffe is characterized by a sharp acidity. Medium to full body with very pleasant spicy flavors. The brew has a fruity flavor with notes of chocolate and caramel.
