Copernicus – often referred to as Royal Honey is produced in the ratio of 1 litre of honey to 0.5 litres of water. Definitely the strongest of all types of honey. It is considered to be the most noble, as it takes the longest time to mature (minimum 8-10 years) to acquire its unique properties. It is perceived as a dessert honey, among other things, due to its salutary effects on digestion.

Description
The honey has been maturing in oak barrels for over 15 years and is one of the longer maturing honeys in Poland. It is produced from natural honey harvested from Masurian apiaries in areas covered by the Natura 2000 environmental protection programme.
